Sims Project

Needed a Sims site with a clean design. There will be 3 types of users. -Registered(free) -Premium(paid) -Unregistered If a user is premium they will be able to download all files, if they are registered(free) they will only be able to download the files which are uploaded for them(some files will be only available for premium users). Unregistered users won't be able to download anything, they will just have the access to look at the images. On the admin panel, there will be a part for upload images and the url to the file.(image will be a screenshot but the url will be the download link for the file. users won't download the image they will download the file).From the admin panel, admin will be able to add categories. Users will be able to upload new files with images but the files will be available after the admin's approval. Under each file(under the images) there will be the explanation, users rating for the file, and uploader. When clicked, comments will be available. All users can read the comments.
