SMS delivery system - open source PHP mysql modifications / customizations

I am looking for someone experienced with SMS delivery systems to setup and modify an open source PHP script. I'd like to outline a list of modifications and new features to the script that I'd like to have someone implement. I can provide the script and setup the hosting account for it. Once I do so, you'd load the script on to my hosting account and start adding the required features we show below. The script seems to have a lot of features already and will be a solid base for adding the additional features below: Adding phone numbers: Live posting (we can currently upload a CSV file, but we'd like to be able to live post by providing a posting URL so that data can be posted to the link and would then go into our system in real time. We'd like to post the following fields Phone Number, First Name, Last Name, plus the option to add custom fields. Blacklisting: Ping new uploaded numbers against a tcpa blacklist ([login to view URL]) If numbers are on this blacklist, they are removed from list and added to our internal blacklist. And run phone through this blacklist too: ([login to view URL]) Toggle buttons to turn one or both off and on each time a new phone list is imported. (I'll provide the API keys etc for these two sites) Domains: Domain rotation: domain masking script Rotate link short domains (every sms message will have a slightly different shortened URL) Ex. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Ability to completely swap in new domains as needed If possible use a domain api to buy and setup domains automatically. Auto kill links 36 hrs after send completion Messaging: Ability to spin message content: spin example: [name], send {your|a} child a {special|personalized|personal} {present|gift} from Santa. Verified Message From Santa{:|-}The perfect {present|gift} this time of year! {Don't wait|Go now|Hurry}. HTTPS://[login to view URL] Types of messages: Auto responders Create a series of messages that are set to go out over a specific set of time. For example a new message once a day everyday at 7am. Detect clicks: Detect users that click on links in the text and segment those to a clickers list. Ability to create multiple clickers list such as "Dating Clickers List" Insurance Clickers List" "Master Clicker List". Segmenting: Segment a send by all the data provided. Ex. Only users that are 30-55 years old etc Segment set percentage of list for sending Segment by time zone of user Additional work to build out new features as needed. This would be strictly for our exclusive use and not for the developer to resale etc.
