I would like to be able to have users on sngine (social media script) be able to livestream, with notifications to their friends/followers when they begin streaming. This has to be done exactly to specs, and would use connection to an nginx streaming server. Playback can be done using built in video player on [login to view URL] needs to be firm, will not accept adding to quote because you dont know how to do work.
