sync database from and to web database for Appointment Module, deep linking for the Reviews Module

1) Appointment Module I have an existing software on my pc with Appointment Module. Now i need to sync database from appointment on the wordpress to that software and backward. Problemly need to modify the form a little bit. 2) Reviews Module After a customer done with their service, a text message will be sent out ask them for feedback. They click the link and direct them to my website page. There they can choose 3 faces, happy face, so so face and angry face. If they click so so and angry face, will direct them to web page and then they can express their angry feedback/comment there. Need to create a page to capture customer phone #, stars rating and feedback/comment for that. If they click the happy face, then they can write feedback/comment with automatic 5 stars implemented. And then ask them where they want to post it, (facebook, and google) check for installed app and post it for them. Also need to
