Timesheet Reporting Platform

Roles: 1. Consultants - report the activity 2. Admin - manages the platform, sees the reports Consultants: 1. Fill in the activity for the last month / current month 1.1. Hours - for each day, I can fill in line with no. hours (max. 8) + description; 1.2. Expenses - similar, only that we have sum + description 2. Month Closing (when the report ends) and I can no longer edit it. 3. PDF reports: - Consultant Summary / month: list of reporting days + details of hours / details of expenses per day + overall total per day + overall total per consultant Admin: 1. List of consultants. For each consultant: - List of months reported with TOTAL Hours and TOTAL Expenses. For each month: - Detailed report Hours and detailed report Expenses -> all the details for each day 2. Add / edit a consultant: - email, name, project name, hourly rate, number of maximum hours / days - when adding, the consultant is notified by email and invited to set a password 3. PDF reports: - Yearly Summary: list of months + total hours / total expenses for each month + total overall - Monthly Summary: list of consultants + total hours / total expenses per consultant + total overall - Consultant Summary: list of reporting days + details of hours / details of expenses per day + total overall per day + total overall per consultant
