We have a collections website that allows clients to submit forms for accounts to be placed. The current website is using PHP connected to MySQL hosted at GoDaddy. Forms were created in Dreamweaver but are lacking functionality required. Create PHP forms for account submission. Saving data to the MySQL database. Allow users to preview data before submitted the account to collection. For a PHP programmer I would consider this a very quick and easy job. As I'm not a programmer I cannot complete the project in the timeframe required without hiring out the PHP coding.
