I'm looking to create a social network, but it is going to be very unconventional and has a lot of customization. There are two possibilities, use an already made open source social media or start almost from scratch with a user management framework already built. Working in PHP and mysql.
Each participant should provide the name of the framework or social network to use in comparison with other possibilities, keeping in mind the future customization, explaining the reasons why that one was chosen and the selected candidate will need to write a short written guidance of how the main components of the user framework / social network work in order to customize them.
