Dear Sir / Madam , We are interested in getting developers to help us develop the following project. We wish to have a web interface (complete with address book feature) & (SMS Groups) feature. Each of the registered user will login to the web platform and enter the message which they would like to send out. User would then need to select from one of the contacts in their address book. Following which when the user hits the send button, the message will be transmitted to an android device which will then send the message out. The android device in this senario behaves as a GSM Modem.

This is a good project where we will have to create an web interface which will send the push notification to the device of the data inputted by the person over the web framework. Upon receiving push notification then the device will decode and send the sms.

I have developed multiple web projects using PHP frameworks, i'm confident that i can deliver this project in the shortest period possible. Using Yii2 framework the web interface can be created within a single day For the mobile part provided that this web interface will be hosted on a public IP server, an android application can be made to poll on the server for pushed SMS, download them and send them using GSM
