We are a company witch uses Vtiger as our CRM and FreePBX as phone dailer. In order to prevent data leaks we need to integrate Vtiger and FreePBX and also modify Vtiger to hide our customers number. The idea is to start a call directly from VtigerCRM with a click on the phone icon(something like that) without being able to see the phone number being called. Actually we use zoiper as soft-phone. Our goal is to hide the phone numbers from the agents calling them. We want our agents to see/modify the customer details except the phone number.

Hi, that can be done we will remove the display of the customer's number and instead of that we will display a call icon , once clicked the system will dial the number using the integrated Asterisk/FreePBX, it is better if you are using vTiger 6.5 not 7.0, but click to call can be enabled in both versions. regards,

Hi, I done the same thing for a client. They used Duosoft, Glocom, now they are using 3CX. I'm not familiar with your PABX, but I can check the documentation and implement. To hide the number need to customize in the core. Is that okay for you. To do this I need the database and code access. Let me know I you are okay.
