Want to create customize web portal with android app(B2B, B2C, Ecom, API portal, Cab, etc )

Hello developer, We want to create very large api portal. Portal's basic function mention below. B2B (recharge, travel booking, utility bill, DMT...etc) B2C (recharge, travel booking, utility bill, DMT...etc) Online Sotre (multi vendor) API managment (we want to give all api to other) Cab booking Wallet Accounting Admin panel --------------------------------------------- Above mention all function i want in my single web portal. I want to give each and every function's white label or whole portal's white label. --------------------- Recharge api , travel booking (flight, bus, hotel), DMT, all those api we have. but we want to litl bit diffrent. Explain below i have 6 diffrent company api for recharge .... so now i wan to use all at a time those all i want to manage from back end(admin panel)...... if idea from recharge API-A and JIO recharge from API-c that type... ............................... We give api to our users... that time some user's commission also customize other all user's commission is same.... ---------------------------------- IN B2B must be MLM type admin master distributor distributor resaller ............. admin master distributor distributor those three user can customize below user's commission or set comman commission. .......... all user can use our all function (recharge, travel booking, utility bill, DMT...etc) ------------------------------------- Cab app want same as uber (uber clone) with many customization ------------------------------------------------------- B2C (recharge, travel booking, utility bill, DMT,...etc) Online soter with multi vendor ---------------------------------------------------------- MAIN PART OF PORTAL WALLET. in our whole project wallet is must be single user can any where use it...... my wallet other user's who wan to set as payment gateway on them website they can use like payment............
