Ok so im a magento certified web developer with 10 years php experience, I worked as an intergration export working with magento and the orderwise erp and warehouse managment system. So the concept you need the ability to sign on, you need to be able to add bin numbers to the system as storage locations, log products in, log products to bin numbers, record stock levels. Your in luck i had a project just fallen through to do this in c# so i already have the db design model ready just not implemented that will save you about 15 hours of time saves for a good level 5 relational database structure to allow future development.
