Website Relaunch with Wordpress, Jupiter X and Elementor Pro

Based on Wordpress (in it's latest version) and the Elementor Page Builder (in the Pro-Version) and the Jupiter X theme we want to do a relaunch of our existing website.
We are searching a developer who is able to start latest on Monday.
Deadline for your delivery is Jun 7. Final bugfixing can be done will Jun 10, but the site with all pages must be ready by Jun 7.
We do require close communication. Which means that regular status updates and testable results are a must have. Do not bid, if you do not want to.
This project is about relaunching a complete website. It's not about doing 3 pages good and "somehow". We want to fresh, modern and good looking website in every corner. This also means, that the website must have good (above 80) scores in Google PageSpeed.
We will provide every support in terms of design that is needed. Layouts are existing as a grid. This means we have a layout for a landing page of topic A, but we do not have this landing page for topic B. That's your part of the job! If special questions need to be raised or designs need to be provided, our designer will support the process.
The goal is to generally focus on the functionality the Page Builder offers, so that it is easily possible to launch new landing pages or do customizations without the need of software development. This also includes the resonsiveness of the website (for viewports such as mobile, tablet and desktop).
As current source we do have 3 page-layouts including
* Startpage
* Blog-Page
* Landing Page
Your
* Step 1 task is to migrate them into the new wordpress website
* Step 2 is to migrate the existing blog posts from the existing website to the new one
* Step 3 is to migrate the existing landing pages based on the given design - if a design is not there, ask for it or create something and discuss it
* Step 4 migrate existing content pages
* Step 5 merge new content into this project
It's important for all pages, that the URL remain like they are.
The project should be finalized quiet fast.
We will define daily milestones to keep the progress on track.
Work must be done on our webserver as we don't want to face any kind of surprises after the migration. We will do two payment - 80% of the budget after the relaunch, 20% after the one week flawless work of the website.
