We wish to design and develop a website for our upcoming School. Initially we may require simple (may be static) website which may contain information regarding our school and its goal etc. Later we may expand (once school starts running, scheduled for session 2020-21) this to dynamic website which may include students information, admission guideline, parents corner etc. Apart from website we also need social media presence and regular updates by agency. We also need online advertisement management from the agency. Website should be in a form which can be extend later in ERP where all school management features may be introduced. We need details proposal from interested agencies with price breakup of each type of services from which we can chose best plan suits to us. PS : Forgot to mention requirement of mobile App. We appreciate if you can offer other relevant services (with price and variables) as well, we will opt best suited services from our end. Instead of showing interest we appreciate quotations & proposals. Since we our management is not technology friendly we may have to explain everything from scratch and also we need to justify quoted price. Also we would like to assign the contract a single agency for all (or most) of our digital/online work instead of negotiating multiple agencies. Since we are also on the way to estimate our overall investment in this segment we recommend that you share elaborated services and pricing which we may select and customise as per our requirement.
