WooCommerce Custom Dashboard Development

Task: Custom "My Account" Dashboard Development for WooCommerce – WalnutWise Goal To replace the default WooCommerce "My Account" page with a fully customized dashboard for WalnutWise investors. The dashboard should include defined sections, a user-friendly layout, and complete backend control for the admin. Left-Side Navigation Menu 1. Overview 2. Tree Portfolio 3. Order History 4. Investment Summary 5. My Documents 6. Tree Reservations 7. Referral Rewards Program 8. Profile Settings 9. Invest Now 10. Logout Section-by-Section Functional Breakdown 1. Overview • Displays user's name • Total money invested • Number of trees (purchased + via referral) • Table of active plantations: o Plantation name o Number of trees o Tree age o Location 2. Tree Portfolio • List of trees grouped by plantation and age • If no trees yet: display CTA encouraging investment 3. Order History • Two sections: Pending orders / Completed orders • Show number of orders • If none: CTA linking to Invest Now 4. Investment Summary • Overview by plantation: o Total invested o Total earned o Average yearly income o Average ROI • Values should be manageable via backend on a per-user basis 5. My Documents • Categories: o Contracts o Investment Reports o Whitepapers o Additional Files • Admin can upload files per user and assign categories 6. Tree Reservations • Reservation list with columns: o Name, Location, Number of Trees, Status • If no reservations: display info message 7. Referral Rewards Program Referral Link • Each registered user gets a unique referral link: [login to view URL] • Displayed on dashboard with a “Copy” button Referral Mechanism • When a new user clicks the link, the system records the inviter and associates them • The association is saved: o in browser cookies (if registration is delayed) o in the database (once the user registers) Reward Activation • When the invited user makes their first tree purchase (e.g., minimum 1 tree), the inviter automatically receives 1 free tree o By default: white variety o Admin should be able to modify this logic User Overview (Dashboard) The user sees: • Number of users invited • Number of those who made purchases • Number of free trees earned • List of referred users with status (registered / purchased) Backend Management Admin must be able to: • View who referred whom • Track purchase activity of referred users • Manually assign bonus trees if needed • Set rules, such as: o "1 tree for every referral who purchases" o or "1 tree for every 5 trees bought via referral" • These conditions must be editable in the admin panel Technical Implementation • Referral tracking must use both cookies and database • If a new user registers without using a referral link, they are not marked as a referral 8. Profile Settings • Editable fields: o Full Name o Country o Address o Phone o Email o Password • Display registration date (non-editable) 9. Invest Now • Embed the already-developed ROI calculator • The calculator should: o Let users select scenarios (Realistic, Optimistic, Pessimistic) o Allow input via sliders:  Total trees  Investment amount o Display:  Return/year  Lifetime earnings  ROI o Include buttons:  Invest Now  P&L Statement • Use existing JavaScript code, no logic changes required Backend Functionality Admin panel must support: • Managing user tree ownership (number, plantation, type) • Input and edit ROI/investment data by plantation and user • Upload and categorize documents per user • Manage referral rules and manually assign rewards • View full referral history and reward activity Technical Requirements • WordPress + WooCommerce compatibility • Custom override of WooCommerce "My Account" template • Responsive layout (based on provided designs/screenshots) • Calculator must be fully functional using existing JS • Referral system must support: o Cookie + database based logic o Easy integration into user registration o Full backend control over rules
