Wordpress Assistance Avada theme

We have an existing Wordpress site. Its built using Avada. We would like the following tasks completed. 1. Our header menu should allow a user to switch between English and Chinese. Currently there is text in English for both languages and the "Chinese" needs to change to Chinese Characters. Then the characters should be hyperlinked to the Chinese version of the site. We currently don't have the site translated but we want all the pages duplicated and ready for our Chinese translator. So for example, possible copy the pages and rename the services page, "CH_Services" So she knows to translate the text and menus for this? Your suggestions are going to be needed for the best. 2. Add plugins and configure useful plugins to speed up the site and make it SEO friendly. Currently we have Yoast SEO installed but I'm not sure if it is properly configured in the most effective way. 3. When we create a Chinese version of our site, all the videos for the Chinese site will be hosted on Youku. We want to make sure the hyperlinks are properly working as we cant use Youtube for the Chinese site as Youtube is blocked in China.
