Wordpress checkout custom field on detection of a coupon in array

In my WP Site, if somebody enters an coupon code (I'll provide you 500+ coupons in excel. So you match the entered coupon from your array of 500+ coupons) then he has to be given a choice of a pre-selected delivery area(he'll select his hospital and department) with free shipping. If he doesn't want to get it delivered to the hospital then he can go the usual route and pay 5 euro extra for shipping.
We also need to give the first 2 products as free(barring 2-3 item codes) and rest of the products will get 20% discount.
You need to know WP hooks, PHP, MySql, HTML/CSS/JS and cookie management to complete this task.
