Wordpress Custom Plugin Development -- 2

I need the following. We are working with 2 plugins, Easy Digital Downloads and Gamipress [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This plugin for wordpress does almost everything we need it to do. What it does not allow us to do that i know of are. Throttle the downloads based on Role Put a Timer before the download begins Allow users to bypass the Timer with Gamipress points. More details of the project ================================================================================ This WordPress Plugin is to provide integration and functionality for these plugins: WordPress GamiPress Easy Digital Downloads BuddyPress Description: When a user with a one of the specified conditions attempts to make a download from an Easy Digital Downloads page, they will be presented with a popup with a Timer and the download speed they will be downloading at (configurable in options) once the timer completes. On the popup needs to be an option that allows the user to press a button to bypass the timer by paying gold. The gold is one of the "points" we will create with GamiPress (configurable in options).
