write an click to call integration to zoho crm via chrome extension

Developing a chrome extension that will work with zoho crm , create links in the crm html that will communicate with the server. Server should generate a simple api call with 2 main parameters (phone number, record id) to the telephony provider. At the end of the call telephony server will reply with call result and the server should update the originating record with the result via api. On incoming calls a search api calls should be called on the crm , after finding the phone it should return the record name and open a popup with incoming call parameters on the pc with the chrome extension. (there is no need to integrate to a specific telephony provider, we will use a demo api or ngrok to view the api calls)
