Use the Python IDLE programming interface to write a program that will allow a user to input any DNA sequence of interest. The program should recognize all the potential 5’ and 3’ splice sites (GT and AG, respectively) within the sequence. The script should then make all nucleotides between the GT and AG lower case. The output should be printed to the screen.
