What I'm looking for is a fitness program that will randomly create workouts of the day, using lists of different exercises under different columns. For example; the workouts should always have a warm up, core work, strength, heavy carry and burn out. I would create lists of different exercises for the warm up category, another list for the core work category, another list for the strength category, etc...Each day, the program will randomly compile a workout using, for example, 3 random exercises from the warm up category, 2 random exercises from the core work category, etc, etc...so that each day would be a different workout from the last. It would then list the exercises in a nice, coherent whiteboard format for people to read off and follow along. I'd like the ability to have two copies of the program that would pull from a central database online with the randomized workout of the day and sync to the other copy of the program to show the same workout for that day.
