Hi, I need a very simple data entry form with following data need to be captured Sr No:- ( Auto Generate) EAN ( To be Input By User ) Title** ( To be Input By User ) Description** ( To be Input By User ) Bullet 1 ( To be Input By User ) Bullet 2 ( To be Input By User ) Bullet 3 ( To be Input By User ) Bullet 4 ( To be Input By User ) Image Folder ** ( To be Input By User ) No of Pieces ( To be Input By User ) Size ( To be Input By User ) Purchase Price ( To be Input By User ) Sale Price ( To be Input By User ) Ware House (Drop Down can be added in master) Vendor (Drop Down can be added in master) Date and Time ( Auto Capture) ( Auto Capture) There has to option for ADD MODIFY DELTE The Data can be exported in Excel There has to be copy all option where we search a product and select copy to new product all the attributes that are prefilled comes automatically whatever change we need to make are done and then it saves as new inventory item Mandatory Field ** The software should be stand alone Source code need to be provided along wit user manual with screen shot Preferred :- excel/access dotnet see attached file
