I need to export 100% of Zoho CRM Leads & Deals to a Google Sheet every hour, overwriting the previous data each time. We are then using this data to make reports in Google Data Studio. We completed this with Leads doing the following below: Synced data from Zoho Leads to Google sheet using a specified date range (Feb 2019 - today). For syncing we used Zoho reports rest API to fetch the data. We then inserted data into Google sheets using the Google sheet API For this complete application we created a window application service using c# and stored this on a Google Cloud Server. >> What I need now: The same set up for all Deals The same thing in a second account (extract 100% of Leads & Deals from Zoho CRM into a Google Sheet). Clean up the first sheet. It has two issues (user names have no space between first and last name & the date range is specified and not 100% of leads. Need to go back before Feb 2019 and update the date to the date of the first lead). Change management of all that was completed, with our internal developer reviewing and approving the changes, Further details: We are exporting 13 fields from Zoho, and the columns in Google Sheets will have the same titles. And the data from Zoho CRM should overwrite the data in Google Sheets each time
