Changes to our PrestaShop Site Checkout Process

Our website is [login to view URL] - we sell vintage furniture and our site runs on PrestaShop 1.7.5. My current project for this post is to make a lot of small, rather simple changes to our checkout process, but by posting this job what I am really hoping to find is a true PrestaShop expert who can be available to help me make a LOT more changes to this website over the coming weeks and possibly even months on an hourly pay basis after this more simple project is done. I have already hired a couple of other developers to help, but they are so busy working on other areas, I am not able to get as much done at once as I would like. Also, I am looking for someone who can be available on weekends sometimes because the problem I am running into is that if something breaks on our site (like a critical form stops working or is giving the customer an error message all of a sudden) then I don't want to have to wait until Monday to talk to someone about it and therefore lose 2 days of customer leads, orders, or whatever the case may be. Anyway, the task at hand here is to make a lot of changes to our checkout process that will make it more friendly to the customer and to remove some of the aspects of PrestaShop that is foreign to American customers that cause them to distrust the website. I estimate these should be pretty simple changes to make, which is why I put this in the "Simple" category here on Freelancer. As I do with all my projects, I have created a set of marked up screenshots detailing every step of the checkout process along with my notes on each screenshot, as well as a text file providing further details that elaborate on what I am demonstrating on the screenshots. To demonstrate this example and take the screenshots, I have used an old item in our store that sold a long time ago and changed its price to $1 and set its quantity to 1 so that it would be put back into stock. Then I assigned it to one of our custom shipping categories which set the shipping price to $147 (and then in another screenshot that I took at a different time, you'll see that the shipping is free, but don't let that confuse you - I had set it to Free shipping just so I could complete the order with a real credit card and see the actual Thank you page) So please look at the screenshots and read my text file details, and I hope that will give you a great overview of what changes need to be made. Please keep in mind that we are using a very customized shipping module for PrestaShop that I had made just specifically for our business, so you would need to fully understand how this module works in order to make all the necessary changes without disturbing any of its functionality. I can certainly explain that at a later time perhaps in a screen sharing video, but for now those details are not needed to get a good grasp on everything I am needing done to the checkout process.
