I think we should. - Use a modular grid with master pages and paragraph styles for fast, consistent layouts. - Add data‑merge for names/achievements and a versioned PDF proofing flow to reduce typos and rework. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I collect printer specs and all assets, then define a clean theme that fits your school identity. 2) I build reusable templates for Classes, Events, Sports, Staff, Houses, Learning Areas, Exec Articles; share 2 sample spreads for sign‑off. 3) I lay out sections, retouch images, copyfit names, and run preflight checks as we iterate on proofs. 4) I final‑preflight, fix flags, and deliver PDF/X press files plus a packaged source for print.
