It will take some time as I believe you will need to open molds if you have you own design. This can be discussed in further detail later. To customise your luggage in 2 fabrications with whee and handle options etc is not a problem but more detail is needed about this in order to select a competent manufacturer. Our products have Telescopic Handles, 8 Wheels that rotate 360 degrees, Zip Closure, Polyester Inner, Inner Mesh Pockets and adjustable straps. The trolley handles are 14.6 inches in height. The net weight comes to 4.9 Kg. Manufacturing strength is 8000 pieces per month for the current assembly. Let me know your design and we can provide our best quote depending upon your volume. The minimum order quantity per month should be 300 and minimum number of months committed should be 6 months. Wheels and Handles are imported by us from Sinchuan.
