Vorrei realizzare una lampada lineare a LED COB da 7 W/m con larghezza di soli 2,5 mm, alimentata a 12 V DC e con un’autonomia di funzionamento di circa 5 ore. L’obiettivo è usarla come illuminazione decorativa all’interno di casa o di locali, perciò il risultato finale dovrà essere compatto, esteticamente pulito e semplice da installare. Cosa mi serve: • Studio del circuito d’alimentazione (12 V DC, eventuale batteria o driver dedicato) con protezioni di base. • Dimensionamento dei componenti per garantire l’autonomia richiesta. • Selezione del giusto nastro COB ad alta densità in larghezza 2,5 mm. • Consulenza sulla scelta della tonalità di luce: valuterò caldo, fredda o neutra in base alle vostre proposte. • Distinta materiali completa e linee guida di assemblaggio. • File di progetto/schemi in formato editabile (ad es. KiCad, Eagle o similare) più un breve report tecnico. Accetto suggerimenti su dissipazione del calore, profili di montaggio e opzioni di alimentazione plug-and-play. Cerco qualcuno capace di accompagnarmi dalla progettazione alla fase di test, pronto a rispondere a eventuali revisioni finché non otteniamo una soluzione funzionale e sicura.

Ciao, posso aiutarti a progettare questa lampada LED COB in modo pratico e pronto per test reali. Il punto principale qui sarà bilanciare larghezza molto ridotta, 7 W/m, alimentazione a 12 V DC, autonomia di circa 5 ore e dissipazione termica. Prima sceglierei il nastro COB più adatto in 2,5 mm, poi dimensionerei batteria, driver, protezioni e cablaggio in base alla lunghezza finale della lampada. In questo modo evitiamo una soluzione bella esteticamente ma instabile o con autonomia troppo bassa. Posso preparare schema editabile in KiCad o formato simile, distinta materiali completa, indicazioni di assemblaggio, scelta della tonalità luce e suggerimenti per profilo di montaggio, dissipazione e alimentazione plug and play. Posso anche supportarti durante la fase di test e revisioni fino ad avere una soluzione funzionale e sicura. Mi servirebbe solo sapere la lunghezza totale prevista della lampada e se preferisci batteria integrata o alimentazione esterna ricaricabile. Best regards Ankit
