About My-VOB My Virtually Organized Business is a systems strategy agency that works with established online coaches, course creators, and service providers. We help business owners stop being the bottleneck in their own business by building clean backend systems and placing trained support partners inside them. A BAM-Assistant is not a general virtual assistant. It is a trained, systems-driven role inside a structured agency framework. Our assistants follow a clear strategy, execute with precision, and work inside documented processes from day one. The Role As a BAM-Assistant, you will be matched with a client based on your skills, personality, and work style. You will be trained on our internal systems and onboarded through our 30-Day Delegation Framework before your client's start date. You will report to Heather Ioerger and operate within a defined strategy. Your job is to execute the plan, communicate clearly, and keep things moving without needing to be managed. This is a remote, contract position. What You Will Do * Support client operations using project management tools, including ClickUp, Notion, and Slack. * Manage and build inside Go High Level, including funnels, automations, and CRM workflows. * Create on-brand visual content using Canva. * Edit and repurpose short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. * Communicate with clients and team members in a clear, professional, and timely manner. * Follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and flag issues before they become bottlenecks. * Support content scheduling, nurture workflows, and backend operations as assigned. What We Are Looking For: * Go High Level experience is required and must be at a skilled, working level. You will be expected to build and troubleshoot inside the platform from day one. * Canva proficiency for content creation that stays on brand every time. * Video editing skills to support short-form content production and repurposing. * Demonstrated business and marketing experience in the online space. You understand how digital * businesses operate and what it takes to keep them running. * Strong written and verbal communication. You are clear, proactive, and do not wait to be directed. * A tech-savvy approach.
