Position Overview We are seeking a Client Communication & Business Development Associate to help drive business growth by managing client communication, participating in interviews, and supporting the acquisition of new projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, confidence in client-facing conversations, and an interest in working in a remote, international environment. This is a performance-based, revenue-sharing opportunity, not a fixed-salary position. Key Responsibilities • Represent the company in communications with prospective and existing clients • Conduct client meetings and interviews in a professional and confident manner • Build trust with clients and clearly present our team’s capabilities and services • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment • Identify, pursue, and help secure new business opportunities • Manage follow-ups, relationship-building, and ongoing communication throughout the sales process • Support long-term client satisfaction and contribute to repeat business opportunities Requirements • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Confidence in client-facing meetings, calls, and interviews • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Organized and reliable in handling communication and follow-ups • Professional, trustworthy, and able to represent the company effectively • Stable internet connection and a reliable, professional remote work environment Preferred • Technical or software development experience is not required, but it is a strong plus What We Offer • Fully remote and flexible working environment • Opportunity to work with an international software consulting team • Full support from our technical team during client discussions • Revenue-sharing compensation model with strong earning potential based on results • Opportunity to grow into a key business-facing role within the company Compensation This is a revenue-sharing / performance-based role.
