Everything is managed in Quickbooks, so you must be fully fluent in that platform—no learning curve, just straight to work. You will take full ownership of the finance function, from daily transaction entry through monthly close. Core focus is accurate job costing and project-level reporting: allocating every invoice, payroll batch and material receipt to the right job, producing budget-vs-actual snapshots and keeping project managers informed in real time. ***You must know construction accounting.
