Cultural/Scientific Executive

Good morning, I am starting a company in the next six months and I need a financial expert/project manager and executive to help me accomplishing at least a first objective to start the company. If everything goes well then the executive can become one of the ad of the company, if he doesn't want to cause he wants to stay a freelancer, then however i'll have the money to hire a stable executive. At the moment i cannot afford it, so i'll have to fly down and take a freelancer. I've taken some courses in company management (but i am not a professional at all), so i have written a business plan with my own ideas. The company will be in the cultural/creative field (so if you feel like being to much of an "i do only things where money runs" person probably this is not the thing for you, cause the whole idea of the company is about scientific research and entertainment). However, the business plan i wrote has to be evaluated, you will have to define priorities, i can only give you a couple of contacts i have to accomplish part of the task. I have to take care of the technical part of the whole idea and the only thing i have to say about it is that to make a good technical job i will have to work at least 6 months on it still. Calculate that i work during the week (i have to live and pay the bills) so the only time i can spend on the project is evenings and weekends. However, the deal is the following, i can pay you no more than 100 € for month (this is my budget). If everything goes well you will have a part of the deal done (the first contract will have to be done before June) we can speak about how much of the contract revenues you'd like to have but to have that, you'll have to take part in the administration of the company. If you don't want to, i will have to take part of the money to find an other executive and pay you a little less. In your bids, please say how much time you plan to work every month for 100 € on the project. I know it's not much, but that's all i can do at the moment. And payment will be precise. I'll give you my skype contact and we will have a brief call every two weeks to speak about how thing are going on from your point of view and from my point of view. This call has to take place on Saturday morning of in the evening in the working days of the week (after 20). Newbie in economics are welcome, women with child are more than welcome and can make a good deal becoming an ad of the company too cause i can assure to give flexible working hours and once the company is established we can speak about making a deal with private school for child care.
