We’re a performance-focused growth marketing agency running Google and Meta paid traffic for values-led businesses. We have a small internal team (7 people) and are looking to bring on a Project Manager to help coordinate work, manage priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can keep multiple projects moving forward at once. Training and clear processes will be provided. >What This Role Involves You will manage a fast-moving workflow with multiple active projects and priorities. This includes: - Making quick prioritization decisions - Ensuring tasks are moving forward daily - Preventing delays and stagnation - Keeping momentum across all work - Handling multiple moving parts at once Your job is to keep everything moving quickly and efficiently. >Core Responsibility Your primary job is to maintain speed and execution across the team.
