Jira Consultant for Resource Management Dashboard

Description: We are looking for an experienced Jira consultant to design and implement a resource management dashboard tailored to our software development activities. Our company develops regulated software (medical device domain), so the setup must support structured workflows, traceability, and clear visibility of team capacity and workload. Scope of Work: We need a customized Jira setup that provides: A resource management dashboard showing: - Team workload (per user / per role) - Task distribution across projects - Capacity vs allocation (if possible) Configuration of: - Custom fields (e.g. estimated effort, remaining effort) - Issue types (Tasks, Stories, Bugs, etc.) - Filters and boards Dashboard components using: - Native Jira gadgets OR - Plugins (if clearly justified) Nice to Have (Optional): Experience with plugins such as: - Tempo Timesheets / Planner - Advanced Roadmaps - eazyBI or similar reporting tools - Experience in regulated environments (e.g. IEC 62304, ISO 13485) Expected Deliverables: - Fully functional Jira dashboard - Clean and maintainable configuration (no over-engineering) - Short documentation or walkthrough (recorded or written)
