Luxury high-rise residential real estate development

I need somebody to help me accurately estimate cost of development for a luxury high rise residential building in Buckhead, GA. Buckhead is located in northern Atlanta, GA. The building will be 20 stories total, ground floor retail, 2 stories of parking above, an amenities deck, the 16 residential stories. The 16 residential stories will be around 6,700 square feet a floor and will have 37 residential units, the parking lot and ground floor will be around 10,000 square feet. We will use Gaggenau appliances: refrigerator/freezer side by side, gas cook top, microwave, wall oven, fullly sized and fully integrated dishwasher. Also we will use Quartz countertops Italian cabinetry Brazilian Oak flooring Victoria + Albert tubs Mediterraneo marble Nublado tile Diamond-chevron flooring.../ Kenya black marble Falakron marble counters and backsplash Painted off-white Millwork.../ with Stained oak interiors Dornbracht pull-down faucet.
