I own a firm of accountants based in the UK. I need to improve processes and job tracking. I like the idea of setting up a Kanban tool with repeating tasks for year end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll etc work. I need to work with an expert in one of these systems - finding the right system for us and setting up the tasks. I have tested [login to view URL] but this cannot import recurring tasks. We have around 500 clients.

Hello, The Kanban idea is a great one. However, I find you to be forward looking and would suggest a tool that would go beyond just tracking your tasks. I have a starter app that can manage repetitive tasks as well as send email and mobile notifications. It has a workflow engine built in to allow you to do a variety of activities. This app can be accessed online via browser or a mobile app! The other option I can recommend is "SalesForce" - This is a great product for small business owners to manage their clients in a very effective way.
