Our RE-Advisor tool guides visitors through complex real-estate decisions, yet the current navigation makes that journey harder than it should be. I need the entire menu structure rethought so users can reach key calculators, comparison charts, and help articles in as few clicks as possible. The work starts with reviewing the existing site map and analytics, then proposing a simplified information architecture that eliminates redundant layers while keeping growth in mind. Wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes are fine for the first round; high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma or Sketch will follow once we agree on the flow. I’ll handle content updates, so your focus remains on layout logic, intuitive labeling, and clear visual cues that steer users toward the main calls to action. Deliverables • Revised site map showing the streamlined hierarchy • Interactive prototype that demonstrates the new menu behaviour on desktop and mobile • Design specs (fonts, colours, states) ready for hand-off to development Acceptance criteria • Key user paths (home → advisor, advisor → result) require no more than three clicks • All menus remain fully functional down to 320 px width without horizontal scroll • Usability test with at least five users shows a measurable drop in navigation errors Code implementation is not required, but annotated suggestions on HTML/CSS best-practice will be appreciated. Once the prototype meets the criteria, we’ll roll into a final design sign-off.
