Indonesian-Chinese Event Interpreter

I will be in Chongqing from 13–15 May 2026 for a series of vendor negotiations and product demos. Throughout the three days I need real-time, Indonesian ↔ Chinese simultaneous interpretation so that discussions flow smoothly without pauses. The setting will be in an exibition for automotive industry, to inquire about their products and discus possibilities of cooperation. Because most participants are male engineers and we will occasionally move around the factory floor, a male interpreter is preferred for ease of access to restricted areas. Deliverables • On-site simultaneous interpreting for all sessions (approximately 6–8 hours per day, with standard breaks). • A brief pre-event video call in early May to go over technical terms and the agenda. • Daily wrap-up notes capturing any critical action items agreed upon. Acceptance criteria Interpretation must be accurate enough that both sides can confirm technical specs, pricing, and delivery terms without needing to repeat themselves. I will consider the job complete once each day concludes without unresolved language issues and the summary notes reflect the agreed points.
