Automated Q&A via email to end users in node or Python - Proof of Concept development

Please review the project description and attached diagram carefully before bidding on the project. Please mention how you would approach this project from technical standpoint in your bid. Also, comment on any technical limitations you see with this project or any project suggestions you might have. We want to educate the employees about the goal settings practices by sending them a random question via email everyday. Ideally, we’ll have a list of questions in a database and we will use a transactional email API to send a random question to the users everyday. The email will be interactive (users can answer the question within the email and get the feedback from the db right away). The application must be developed in node or python and No PHP (due to some internal constraints) Please see the attached flow diagram for further clarity.
