Crytographically secure random number generator

I need an algorithm or script in python to generate RNGs that are cryptographically secure and cannot be predicted. The script should take as input a list of cards (or equivalent numbers) and the number of cards that need to be drawn. It should return randomly selected cards from the input list of cards.
