Custom API Proxy List Grabber/Checker + Poster

I need a python/c+ scraper to request specific websites/apis for proxy lists (some paid some free) and then check them against certain websites that I can input/change and edit. I want the proxy grabbing and checking to be as fast as possible. I want it in windows software form (.exe) with an auth dashboard that I may sell the software on a subscription basis, but also use the software to post the proxies of my choosing to a wordpress/other website on a timed basis. Simply: Custom (My brand) - 1. Pull a specific URL list/custom API of my choosing which is changable within the software (my clients can also add lists). 2. Check the proxies for. 1- Proxy alive 2- proxy banned on (x) websites. checks say 5 websites and says which its banned on and not 3- proxy location 4- proxy protocol 5- proxy speed 6- proxy quality (anon, elite etc) 7- Be able to automatically post the proxies to a website All of this being editable/changeable from my end, being able to customize it with ease, and it being fast. I will pay upfront for the design completion, private brand, authentication server etc. I will pay the designer 25% residual sale commission for EVERY sale, and ever resubscription to the software- lifetime. Contract can be signed, and payment will be issued daily/weekly or monthly to your choosing via paypal/ crypto. You will not have to sell, only maintain any updates if needed. I have over 120 clients currently, so this could be good sales from the start, If you can design a free version too thats just a showcase so clients can test the software first, that would be a +. Sales sheet will be open for you to hold my sales accountable to receive payment if you desire. Have other projects for these types of requirements too. I would like this to be CLI tool and also a small GUI based tool if possible both.
