HI, I read your project description concerning Robotics , Mapping and obstacle avoidance and I'm interested in knowing more about it.
As an Electronics Engineer ,I have been working with robotics application for more than 3 years. During this period ,I have gained a lot of experience in many topics like: PCB ,Arduino,Raspberry Pi ,Embedded Systems , Deep Learning & AI ,Robot Operating System(ROS) ,Autonomous Exploration, Localization, Mapping.
Also,I have worked on Localization, Mapping, SLAM, Path planning , Robotic Arm, AR drone projects using Robot Operating System (ROS) and all these projects are simulated using Gazebo & Rviz .
Recently, I have finished a multi-robot project in which two robots autonomously explore and map an indoor environment and avoiding obstacles using only LIDAR ,encoders and orientation data .
