I own a Windows desktop application (.exe) (developed on Freelancer years ago), which I now want to make open source.
You will need to:
Change .exe file, change names software and references, check all software component licensing to ensure it is permitted for redistribution, test on Windows 7, take screenshots of finished product and installation process, inspect all code with comments.
