[OpenAI Gym] A simple game theoretic application with RL

Hello freelancers, We would like to work with an expert in RL and OpenAI gym environments, to just implement a scenario on already developed Environment and explain the environment and his extra code in proper English. I will give the exact requirements of the code in chat. This is the first of a series of small projects which we will need for our experiments with Gym.
