Python Pandas Script Assistance Needed

I have a small sample file called businessdata.csv.
1) I need Python to go through each record in the [login to view URL] ['Name'] column - and IF the [login to view URL]['Name'] record matches a record from [login to view URL]['BusinessName'] - then I need to add each of the reviews for that business to the [login to view URL], in columns at the end.
I created an [login to view URL] to show an example output what it should look like.
In the output file, just after the column titled 'URL' is where the new columns would go. I named them so you could reference where the data was coming from in the reviews.csv. I did that for the first review, but not reviews 2 through 6, as looking at the first one should explain it sufficiently.
It should add reviews in that format for however many reviews there are.
For the Date Columns, which are review1date, review2date, review3date, review4date, review5date, review6date, etc. - can you format those as MM-YYYY - so the output reads like: "January, 2021".
You will see that in my examples, the businessdata['Name'] only had 3 matches in the reviews['BusinessName'] so it only populated the reviews for those 3 businesses and ignored the others.
One last item, I would like to have a list created, called removerows = []
I would like to remove any rows in [login to view URL] that have an entry in removerows
For testing, you can make removerows = ['Panera Bread', 'Starbucks']
