I want to have a python script, which will use Twilio API to send bulk sms to multiple phone numbers. The script should grab data from an attached excel file and use that data to insert into sms. Basically, all sms are going to have the same structure, except for specific parts such as "Name" , "NAV" and "1-Month%". I wil provide more details on sms text in chat.
