Setup and Modify Python Programs on Azure

I have just had an Azure virtual computer set up with Windows. I have two Python programs that I've used for years on a desktop. I'd like them to run on Azure. They are now on the Azure virtual computer, but don't yet run. PIP 3 needs to be installed on one. I don't know how to do that. The other file runs 9am to 5m Monday through Friday on a desktop but I need to turn it on every day. I'd like that code modified on Azure so that it starts on its own Monday 9am, runs until 5pm, then starts again on its own Tuesday at 9am, etc. until Friday at 5pm. The other Python code just needs to work on command. All the batch files etc. are set up and run properly on a desktop -- they just need to run on Azure. The problem with both may be as simple as modifying the directory lines in the code. Please respond if: 1. You've read this outline. I run into contractors all the time who apply for projects they haven't read. If you ask me a question that is answered in this outline, I'll look for another contractor. 2. You are available east coast US business hours. I need to get this up and running in the next day or two. 3. You understand and can speak understandable English. You have a functioning microphone. You are available to discuss. 4. You have a rating here of 4.9 or higher or have good references from past clients not on this platform. 5. You know how to write Python code so that it will accomplish the objectives set out above, and you have experience with Azure.
