Verify that a PYTHON & DJANGO script for scraping and calculations, written by another developer is well documented and can be understood and fixed by others.

PROJECT GOALS. 1. Review the scripts written by another developer to verify the quality of the work and that it has sufficient documentation or coding notes. 2. Certify that if the script breaks, the scrapping fails, or it needs to be modified, the documentation and notes are sufficient to allow another developer to quickly fix or modify the script. 3. Temporarily host the script and make three requested changes to test the ability to do so. 4. Provide some code screenshots showing the developer notes and comments. BACKGROUND: I hired a Freelancer to write a script in PYTHON and DJANGO that receives 14 field data post and then scrapes a website for five fields. The script makes some calculations and then returns the results. As part of the project, I required the script to be documented, so another developer can work on it, and this is why I need to hire you. I am not making final payment to the original developer until this review is completed. That was part of the agreement. WHY DO I NEED THIS PROJECT? If script or scraping breaks, or the script needs any modifications in field names or calculations, my investment would be lost if the script is not well documented for another developer to work on it in the future.
