OVERVIEW: This project will be to build up a RASA Chatbot (Sara) from the Python RASA Chatbot Framework by changing the behavior and website layout based upon a job description document that is available for your review. The project is developing out and modifying the frontend code for a hybrid Internet Personal Assistant (IPA) and Search Engine concept. REQUIRED SKILLS: The developer needs to be an EXPERT with the "RASA Chatbot" framework, as well as have great skills in programming with Python and Website/Webpage development. Knowing how to work with Docker and Docker-Compose is also very helpful. CONFIDENTIALITY: The developer will need to sign an NDA and provide regular updates and feedback on the development status. PAYMENT: The developer will be paid a Flat-Fee based upon your bid, but good bonus will be paid for expedient and professional work meeting the goals.
