Template creator for digital magazine project

NO PARTIAL PROJECTS WILL BE ALLOWED. WE WILL FUND 100% OF THE PROJECT AND RELEASE UPON FULL COMPLETION ONLY, NO MILESTONES. We need the digital magazine as sample below to be created with an admin dashboard panel section. This job will require to also create an admin dashboard panel of your choice in UI since we don't have one yet. where we can edit the content on the magazine. We want to be able to create unlimited number of magazines like this one so we need them to be saved in the dashboard admin panel. We need an admin dashboard section where we can upload the images, the cinemographs, the videos or video links for vimeo or youtube or actual hosting the videos locally and very important, in one of those sections we want to be able to have a live video feed from a webcam or conference type live video feed. Please make sure you are able to do the live video feed in on of the sections. No substitutions will be accepted. and a section where we can change the url for the matteport link that shows on the digital magazine. The admin settings will also allow us to edit the text content. The template will be simple to edit on the dashboard back end so it needs to be visually similar to the actual pages on the final magazine so we can change the content on it.
