We are a high-performance real estate team based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and we are looking for an experienced, sharp, and driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team on a long-term basis. This is not a generic cold-calling . We need a true sales professional who understands the Canadian real estate market, knows how to build real relationships over the phone, and can convert leads into qualified, booked appointments for our agents. If you have called Canadian leads before, know the difference between a motivated seller and a tire-kicker, and can handle objections without a script in front of your face — we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Make outbound calls to hot, warm and cold leads daily (expired listings, FSBOs, database follow-up, circle prospecting) Respond to inbound leads quickly — speed to lead is everything in Canadian real estate Qualify buyers and sellers — uncover motivation, timeline, budget, and readiness Book appointments for our outside agents — only quality, conducted appointments count Nurture long-term leads in our CRM with consistent follow-up calls, texts, and emails Log all activity accurately in our CRM (Follow Up Boss ) Hit daily call targets and weekly appointment goals Attend brief daily or weekly team check-ins via Zoom Requirements — Please Read Carefully Canadian real estate calling experience is PREFERRED Minimum 2 years experience as a real estate ISA, or appointment setter Clear, neutral, professional English — Canadian clients must feel comfortable speaking with you Proven track record of booked and conducted appointments — be ready to share numbers Proficiency with at least one real estate CRM (Follow Up Boss) Reliable high-speed internet, quality headset, quiet working environment Available to work Calgary business hours (Mountain Time) Nice to Have Familiarity with the Calgary or Alberta real estate market Experience calling expired listings and FSBOs Knowledge of Canadian real estate terminology (MLS, CREA, RECA, subjects, possession dates)
