Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts. Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
• Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills. Experience in sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards etc.
• Should be updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
• Should have at least one job portal from Monster/Dice/Career builder or Techfetch and US Phone Numbe
